I have worked with manual lymphatic drainage for over 15 years and I am trained in Kobido, the Japanese facial lifting. Applied to the face it does what no cream can: it moves the fluid that puffs up your face, boosts microcirculation and brings the light back to your skin. Then deep cleansing, mask and active ingredients. Sixty minutes, at your place or in my treatment room.
The Japanese facial lifting, done with hands only
Kobido massage was born in Japan in 1472 and for centuries was reserved for the nobility. It is called the natural Japanese facial lifting because it lifts your features with no scalpel, no fillers and no machines: only hands, rhythm and a very precise sequence of movements.
It combines fast percussion, lymphatic drainage and acupressure on face, neck and décolleté. Speed is part of the technique: it alternates very fast movements with slow, deep ones to activate circulation, release the facial muscles and work on firmness.

What I do during those 60 minutes
All manual, no machines, adapted to your skin type, your age and your hormonal stage.
I look at your skin
Before touching you I assess what it needs today: dehydration, fluid retention, pigmentation, sensitivity. The protocol is decided here, not before.
Deep cleansing
Double cleanse adapted to your skin. Make-up, pollution and whatever clogs the pore, gone.
Gentle exfoliation
I renew the surface without aggression, so that what comes next really penetrates.
Kobido and lymphatic drainage
The heart of the session and what makes it different: manual movements that drain fluid, define the jawline and boost microcirculation.around 20 minutes
Mask, serum and cream
A mask chosen from what I saw at the start, sealed with high quality serums and creams.

How many sessions? A course of 4 sessions is the sweet spot: that is when the change stops being a one-day effect and holds. With 8 it settles for good. A single session also shows — it simply lasts less.

What exactly is Kobido massage?
A Japanese facial technique from 1472, known as the Japanese facial lifting because it lifts your features with no surgery and no machines. It is done with hands only, combining fast percussion, lymphatic drainage and acupressure on face, neck and décolleté. I am trained in Kobido with Josep Lupión.
How is it different from a regular facial?
The drainage. A regular facial works the surface of the skin; here I also spend around 20 minutes on manual lymphatic drainage that de-puffs the face, defines the jawline and activates circulation. It has been my speciality for over 15 years, applied to the face.
How many sessions do I need?
A course of 4 sessions is ideal — that is when the result holds between one session and the next. With 8 it settles for good, which is why the package is better value. If you just want to try it, one session already leaves your face de-puffed that same day.
Does it hurt?
No. Lymphatic drainage is a soft, rhythmic technique: most of my clients fall asleep.
Can I wear make-up afterwards?
Better to let your skin breathe for a few hours. If you have an event, tell me when booking and I adapt the protocol so you leave ready.
Does it work if I am in menopause?
Yes, and in fact that is when it is most appreciated. Skin changes with hormones: it loses fat, firmness and the ability to hold water. The protocol adapts to that stage; it is not the same as for skin in its thirties.
What do I need at home?
Nothing. I bring a professional table, towels, products and masks. You only need a free space of about 2×2 metres and a socket nearby.
